1. SERVICE OVERVIEW AND LICENSE TERMS

1.1 Description of Services

Liberace provides Basecamp, an AI-powered interview preparation and mock interview platform designed to help users practice and improve their performance in job interviews. Basecamp provides access to a large database of interview questions, AI feedback, and analytics.

The questions featured in Basecamp may be sourced from publicly available online materials, user submissions, or commonly asked interview questions at certain companies or in specific roles. Basecamp does not guarantee that any question displayed in the app has been asked—or will be asked—by a specific company. All content is provided solely for educational and preparation purposes.

The Services may include both free and premium subscription tiers. The free version provides limited access, while the premium version unlocks additional features. Basecamp does not make hiring decisions or guarantee job offers or interview outcomes.

1.2 License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Liberace grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and use the Services for personal interview preparation purposes. You shall not modify, distribute, sell, lease, loan, or create derivative works based on the Services or any part thereof. The Services are licensed, not sold, to you.

2. USER ACCOUNTS AND PAYMENT

2.1 Account Registration

You may need to create an account or use your Apple ID to access the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.2 Payment Terms

All payments and subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store or other authorized platforms. The subscription includes access to premium Basecamp features, automatic updates, and support. By subscribing to our paid services, you agree to the App Store's payment terms and authorize Apple to charge your chosen payment method. Subscription management, including cancellation, is handled through your Apple ID account settings.

3. ACCEPTABLE USE AND RESTRICTIONS

3.1 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Share or resell your account access

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software

• Use the service for any illegal or deceptive purposes

• Interfere with or disrupt the service or related networks

• Use Basecamp to misrepresent your skills or qualifications during real interviews

• Use the Services in violation of any employer policies or interview rules that forbid external assistance

• Attempt to extract, copy, or scrape our database, algorithms, or proprietary content

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All software, algorithms, branding, databases, and infrastructure remain the exclusive property of Liberace Pte. Ltd. Content you create or input into Basecamp (such as your responses or personal notes) remains your property. However, by using the Services, you grant Liberace a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use aggregated and anonymized data to improve our products and services.

Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate termination of your right to use the Services.

5. LEGAL TERMS AND DISCLAIMERS

5.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE," AND "WITH ALL FAULTS" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIBERACE PTE. LTD. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL LIBERACE PTE. LTD., ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF BASECAMP.

5.3 No Guarantee of Accuracy or Results

BASECAMP DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY INTERVIEW QUESTION DISPLAYED IN THE APP HAS BEEN ASKED OR WILL BE ASKED BY ANY SPECIFIC COMPANY. THE DATABASE IS PROVIDED SOLELY FOR EDUCATIONAL AND PREPARATION PURPOSES.

AI-generated feedback and coaching are for guidance only. You are responsible for your own interview preparation and decisions. Basecamp does not guarantee employment, interviews, or success, and you waive your right to pursue claims arising from reliance on the Service's content or outcomes.

5.3(a) Data Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive to present accurate analytics and activity information, certain counts, statistics, or AI-generated outputs within Basecamp may include estimates, simulated examples, or aggregated anonymized data. These are provided solely for informational and educational purposes and should not be interpreted as verified or real-time user statistics.

5.4 Arbitration Agreement

All claims and disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be settled by binding arbitration, except for disputes involving intellectual property rights or requests for injunctive relief.

ALL CLAIMS AND DISPUTES MUST BE ARBITRATED OR LITIGATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. ANY CLAIM IS PERSONAL TO YOU AND LIBERACE PTE. LTD. AND WILL BE RESOLVED THROUGH INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION ONLY.

6. MISCELLANEOUS

6.1 Demonstration and Sample Data

Some metrics, activity indicators, or example statistics displayed in Basecamp (such as question views, practice counts, or leaderboard activity) may include sample or internally generated data created by our team for demonstration, testing, or product-improvement purposes. These examples are for illustrative and onboarding purposes only and do not necessarily represent actual user behavior. Such internal data will never be used in marketing, investor reporting, or public communications to represent real user engagement.
